7-29-26: Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant source in Hamilton County, TN.
Rail Renewables, LLC has proposed the installation of two loading skids for the transfer of liquid butane and one loading skid for the transfer of liquid propane at 1901 Rossville Avenue, Chattanooga, TN. Annual air pollutant emissions resulting from the operation of this equipment are estimated to be no more than 5.84 tons of volatile organic compounds. Emissions from these butane and propane transfers will be uncontrolled.
