Online Burn Permit Application

Mailed paper applications will start being processed on September 16, 2026.

Online & in-person applications for the 2026–2027 burn season will be available beginning September 21, 2026.

Burn Permit Processing Times

  • County Permit: Please allow two (2) business days.
  • City Permit: Please allow seven (7) business days.
  • Controlled Permit: Please allow seven (7) business days.

Asbestos Permit Processing Times:

  • Courtesy Notification:  Please allow three (3) business days.
  • Ten-Day Notification:  Please allow ten (10) business days.
