Burn Season Begins October 1st

You can now apply for a burn permit either in person or by mail
If you apply before October 1st, your permit will be mailed to you before the season begins

Public Hearing – All Tenn. Paws LLC

The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau will hold a hearing concerning All Tenn. Paws LLC proposal to install two new pet cremation systems at 4200 N. Access Road, Chattanooga, TN.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at CBL Center II, 2034 Hamilton Place Blvd., Suite 300, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
