PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD – BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB, INC. AND K-VA-T FOOD STORES, INC.

Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control
Board will receive public comments upon the applications for the installation of the
following air pollutant sources in Hamilton County, TN.

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc., has proposed to install a gasoline dispensing facility at
401 Northgate Mall Road, Chattanooga, TN. This facility will utilize State I vapor
recovery.

K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., has proposed to install a gasoline dispensing facility at
6651 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN. This facility will utilize State I vapor recovery.

423.643.5978. Materials concerning these proposed permitting actions may be
inspected in person or online beginning at 4:30 p.m. EDT, Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

    Written comments on either of these proposed permitting actions or requests for a
    public hearing concerning either of them should be mailed or delivered to the Bureau
    Executive Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by
    4:30 p.m. EDT, Thursday, May 22, 2025, to be considered in the specified proposed
    permitting action.

    If a public hearing is requested, notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing
    will be posted on the Bureau’s website, apcb.org, by Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
