Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant source in Hamilton County, TN.

K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., has proposed to install a gasoline dispensing facility at 3535 Ringgold Road, East Ridge, TN. This facility will utilize Stage I vapor recovery.

Materials concerning this proposed permitting action may be inspected at the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau (the Bureau), 6125 Preservation Dr., Suite 140, Chattanooga, TN 37416-3740 beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Anyone desiring to comment on this proposed permitting action or to request a public hearing concerning it should mail or deliver their written comments or request to the Bureau Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EST, Thursday, January 27, 2022, to be considered in the proposed permitting action. If a public hearing is requested, notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing will be posted on the Bureau’s website, apcb.org, and published in the Chattanooga Times Free Press by Monday, January 31, 2022.  Information about any requested public hearing may also be obtained by contacting Amber Boles, Bureau Public Relations Specialist, at 423.643.5989.
