Heatec, Inc., has proposed to install a plasma pipe cutter at 5200 Wilson Rd., Chattanooga, TN. Air pollutant emissions of particulate matter resulting from this pipe cutter will be controlled by a filter baghouse and are estimated to be no more than 0.0032 pound/hour and 0.014 ton/year.
