Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant sources in Hamilton County, TN.
CPE Acquisition Co. d/b/a Paladin Attachments has proposed to install an abrasive blasting machine at 8822 Apison Pike, Ooltewah, TN. Annual air pollutant emissions resulting from the operation of this equipment are estimated to be no more than 0.0046 ton of particulate matter. Emissions from the abrasive blasting machine will be controlled.

Written comments on this proposed permitting action or requests for a public hearing concerning it should be mailed or delivered to the Bureau Executive Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EDT, Thursday, October 16, 2025, to be considered in the proposed permitting action.
