Permit applications, notifications and/or payments submitted after 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. If you have questions about your payment, please call 423.643.5970.  All transaction are non-refundable.

The Bureau is no longer taking burn permit applications. 

All permits expire April 30, 2024.

No burning is allowed May 1, 2024 – Sept. 30, 2024.
