WestRock Converting, LLC, has applied for the renewal of the Part 70 (Title V) operating permit for their manufacturing facility at 701 Manufacturers Rd., Chattanooga, TN. Potential air pollutant emissions from the facility are estimated to be 556.87 tons/year of sulfur oxides, 163.00 tons/year of nitrogen oxides, 75.53 tons/year of carbon monoxide, 54.95 tons/year of volatile organic compounds, and 42.18 tons/year of particulate matter.
