Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the applications for modification of the following air pollutant sources in Hamilton County, TN.
Nouryon Surface Chemistry LLC, has proposed modification of the spray dryer operations at their facility located at 909 Mueller Avenue, Chattanooga, TN. The proposed modification will result in an increase in potential emissions of VOC of 0.33 pounds per hour.

Anyone desiring to comment on this proposed permitting action or to request a public hearing concerning should mail or deliver their written comments or request to the Bureau Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EST, Wednesday, May 17, 2022, to be considered in the specified proposed permitting action. If a public hearing is requested, notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing will be posted on the Bureau’s website, apcb.org, and published in the Chattanooga Times Free Press by Sunday, May 29, 2022.
