Heatec, Inc., has proposed to install a plasma pipe cutter at 5200 Wilson Rd., Chattanooga, TN. Air pollutant emissions of particulate matter resulting from this pipe cutter will be controlled by a filter baghouse and are estimated to be no more than 0.0032 pound/hour and 0.014 ton/year.

Anyone desiring to comment on this proposed permitting action or to request a public hearing concerning it should mail or deliver their written comments or request to the Bureau Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday, December 13, 2021, to be considered in the proposed permitting action. If a public hearing is requested, notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing will be posted on the Bureau’s website, apcb.org, and published in the Chattanooga Times Free Press by Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
