Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant source in Hamilton County, TN.

Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc., has proposed to install equipment for the manufacture of medical tubing at 6 Riverside Ln., Chattanooga, TN. Air pollutant emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the operation this equipment are estimated to be no more than 15.81 pounds/hour and 69.27 tons/year.

Anyone desiring to comment on this proposed permitting action or to request a public hearing concerning it should mail or deliver their written comments or request to the Bureau Executive Director at the above address. Comments or requests must be received by 4:30 p.m. EDT, Monday, June 21, 2021, to be considered in the proposed permitting action.
