       Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant source in Hamilton County, TN.

       7-Eleven, Inc., has proposed to install a gasoline dispensing facility at 5230 Hwy. 153, Chattanooga, TN. This facility will utilize Stage I vapor recovery. Questions may be directed to Alan Frazier, Bureau Engineering Manager, at 423.643.5978.

       Materials concerning this proposed permitting action may be inspected in person or online beginning at 8:00 a.m. EDT, Friday, May 13, 2022.
