Notice is hereby given that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Board will receive public comments upon the application for the installation of the following air pollutant sources in Hamilton County, TN.
Columbus McKinnon Corporation 3510 North Orchard Knob Avenue, Chattanooga, TN, has proposed to install a burn-off oven. Potential air pollutant emissions resulting from the operation of this burn-off oven are estimated to be no more than 0.03 pound/hour and 0.13 ton/year of total particulate matter; 0.10 pound/hour and 0.29 ton/year of carbon monoxide; and 0.07 pound/hour and 0.31 ton/year of nitrogen oxides. Ergon Terminaling, Inc. 617 Terminal Road, Chattanooga, TN, has proposed to add a second styrene storage tank to an existing styrene storage tank with loading rack. Potential air pollutant emissions resulting from the operation of the two tanks and loading rack are estimated to be no more than 6.67 tons/year of styrene.
